I work with my team at REEDS Pakistan as a gender Expert and on women's empowerment through smart agriculture practices for sustainable livelihoods. These women's capacity is built first by groups trainings, and then they are engaged in different tasks for their income and livelihood economy. This year, we expect to change the lives of 750 women through their own selected initiatives.I can not provide the whole project details here but if my story is selected I welcome you to connect me online for my all details of empowerment story.I have given my same story for award selection as well. I believe it will impact the other farmer women also and will make the ways to generate income for them.As REEDS we do not only give away the the things but we make the women capable of believing themselves.
