Powering Purpose is an interactive Impact Studio session created for changemakers, founders, leaders and social innovators who are ready to move their ideas beyond aspiration and into meaningful action. The session brings together mindset, emotional resilience, economic realities, strategy, systems, partnerships and real-world experience to explore the different dimensions of building a vision. Through expert conversations and practical insights, you'll learn how to start, navigate challenges, learn, adapt, build sustainably, and create lasting impact. Because a vision needs more than passion, it needs clarity, strategy, structure and the capacity to keep powering the purpose..

As Girls Education Mission International celebrates 15 years of empowering girls and transforming communities, we have been reflecting on our own journey from starting with 10 girls, with no money, status, office or staff, to building an organisation that has grown through experience, partnerships, systems, innovation, and importantly, many lessons along the way.

That experience led us to introduce VisioSense Global, which helps people and organisations make sense of their vision and turn it into purposeful, sustainable action.

We are delighted to invite you to Powering Purpose: The Impact Studio, VisioSense's signature experience, taking place online on 25 September 2026.

This is not another motivational webinar.

It is a reflective, practical and participatory space for people who know they are meant to build, lead, create or contribute something meaningful and are ready to think more deeply about what it will take to move from vision to reality.

The Reality Check: Practical, economic, and Strategic lens of pursuing a vision - what it really takes to move from an idea to execution.

Building Girls Education Mission International from the Ground Up - Keturah Shammah's reflections from 15 years of building GEM, including the mistakes, lessons, systems, partnerships and innovations that helped turn a simple vision into a growing social impact organisation.
